Terms of Service

When we say “VEXNILX”, “we”, “us”, and “our” in these Terms, we mean VEXNILX Interactive.

When we say “Service”, we mean all of VEXNILX’s websites, applications, APIs, tutorials, tools, and other products — including but not limited to AxertixNote, Lyysico, VEXNILX Designo, and the VEXNILX 264 business program.

When we say “VEXNILX Account” or “Account”, we mean the account you create on the official VEXNILX platform, identified by your username, email address, and VEXNILX Mail address.

When we say “you” and “your”, we mean the person or entity accessing or using the Service.

When we say “Content”, we mean any text, data, files, messages, or other materials submitted, posted, or transmitted through the Service.

You may browse and access publicly available parts of the Service, such as tutorials, without an Account. However, you must be at least 18 years old to create a VEXNILX Account.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to “you” will include that organisation.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Certain features of the Service require a VEXNILX Account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information — including a unique username, a valid email address, and a VEXNILX Mail address.

You may also register or link your Account through supported third-party authentication providers such as Discord, Google, or GitHub. Linking is voluntary, and you remain responsible for your Account regardless of how it was created.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Each person may maintain only one Account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or rate limits is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

If your Account is inactive for an extended period, we may send you a warning and, if the inactivity continues, permanently delete your Account and associated data. This process is automated and irreversible.

You may delete your Account at any time. Upon deletion, your profile, username, and associated data will be permanently removed. Content you submitted prior to deletion (such as contact-form submissions) may be retained for operational or legal purposes.

VEXNILX operates entirely for free. We do not sell products, accept payments, or process real-money transactions of any kind.

Any points, credits, badges, ranks, or similar items within the Service are virtual, have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or any other compensation, and may be adjusted, revoked, or removed at our sole discretion.

Anyone claiming to sell VEXNILX access, accounts, points, or “premium” features for real money is not authorised by us. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from such unauthorised transactions.

VEXNILX 264 is a trust-and-verification program for organisations, offered in two tiers: Basic and Max. Participation may involve verification steps conducted through our Discord servers, including a dedicated Linking Server.

We reserve the right to approve, decline, suspend, or revoke verification at our sole discretion — including where submitted information is inaccurate, where these Terms have been breached, or where we determine that continued participation is not appropriate.

Verified status does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, or certification by VEXNILX, and you may not represent it as such.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other users’ accounts, or systems or networks connected to the Service.

Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or circumvent any security or authentication measures, without prior written permission.

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service.

Use automated means (such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access or collect data from the Service at a scale that degrades the experience for others or burdens our infrastructure.

Use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.

Use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any person, or to promote violence or discrimination.

Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Use the Service to infringe the intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

Use the Service to transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or chain messages.

Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

The Service — including its design, source code, tutorials, documentation, branding, logos, and all other content created by VEXNILX — is owned by or licensed to VEXNILX and protected by intellectual-property laws. Our Intellectual Property Policy provides additional detail.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service or its content, except as expressly authorised.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without obligation to you.

You retain ownership of any Content you submit through the Service. By submitting Content, you grant VEXNILX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and process that Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for your Content and represent that it does not violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, or breach these Terms.

We may remove or disable access to any Content at our sole discretion, including Content we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

SovaonxGPX is a separate VEXNILX product that provides AI-powered functionality and may be hosted on a separate domain under its own terms.

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for any particular purpose, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any AI feature.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Discord, Google, GitHub, and email providers. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms and policies, and VEXNILX is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your interactions with third-party services accessed through or in connection with the Service.

By creating an Account or subscribing to our newsletter or status updates, you consent to receive transactional and informational communications from VEXNILX — including account confirmations, security alerts, status notifications, and newsletter emails.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in each message.

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The educational content, tutorials, and tools provided through the Service are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VEXNILX and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to zero (the amount you have paid us). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VEXNILX and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and we are not liable to you for doing so.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. We may also issue warnings before or in lieu of termination.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by deleting your Account or ceasing to use the Service.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive — including Definitions, Intellectual Property, User Content, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and General — will survive.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Intellectual Property Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VEXNILX regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign ours without restriction.

Force Majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
