Intellectual Property Policy
Effective June 4, 2026
This Intellectual Property Policy describes ownership of the materials on VEXNILX Interactive and what you may do with them. It also explains how to report claimed infringement.
1. Ownership
The VEXNILX name, logo, designs, original tutorials, code samples we author, and the look and feel of the Service are owned by VEXNILX or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Product names referenced in our ecosystem — such as AxertixNote, Lyysico, and VEXNILX Designo — are part of the VEXNILX family and are similarly protected.
2. Your licence to use our materials
You may view, learn from, and use our tutorials for personal and educational purposes. Where we provide code samples expressly for learning, you may use and adapt them in your own projects.
You may not resell our materials, present them as your own, or use the VEXNILX brand in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without permission.
3. Trademarks
“VEXNILX” and associated logos are trademarks of VEXNILX. You may not use them in a confusing or misleading way, or in a manner that disparages the brand.
4. Your content
If you submit content through our community channels, you keep ownership of it but grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it in connection with operating and promoting the Service. Don’t submit content you don’t have the right to share.
5. Reporting infringement
If you believe material on the Service infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact us through our official community channels with: a description of the work, the location of the material on the Service, your contact details, and a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised.
We will review valid reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing the material.
6. Changes
We may update this Policy; the effective date above reflects the current version.
