Privacy Policy
Effective June 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information VEXNILX Interactive handles and how. In short: we keep things minimal, we don’t run a central user database for our core features, and most of your preferences live on your own device.
1. Our approach
VEXNILX is designed to collect as little as possible. We do not maintain a traditional user-account database for the Service’s core features, and we do not sell your data.
2. Information stored on your device
Your settings — such as appearance, WebGL preferences, and whether you’ve linked a Discord account — are stored locally in your browser (for example, in localStorage). This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us as part of normal use.
Clearing your data, switching browsers, or using a new device will reset these local preferences.
3. Discord linking
If you choose to link a Discord account, you’ll be sent to Discord to authorise the connection. We request only the scopes needed to identify your account and to check whether you’re a member of our community server.
We use this information to enable features like invites and to display your membership status. Your linked-account details are stored locally on your device rather than in a central database. Discord’s own Privacy Policy governs the data Discord holds.
4. The invite system
Invite links include the inviter’s Discord username so that a newly invited visitor can be greeted. Whether someone has visited before is tracked locally on that visitor’s device.
5. Hosting and technical data
The Service is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most websites, our host may process limited technical information (such as IP addresses and request metadata) to deliver and secure the Service. This is handled under Cloudflare’s policies.
We may use Cloudflare’s human-verification (e.g. Turnstile) on certain actions to prevent abuse.
6. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 13. If you believe someone under 13 has used the Service in a way that involves personal data, please let us know through our community channels.
7. Your choices
You can clear all locally-stored VEXNILX data at any time from the in-app Settings (Danger Zone → Clear all data). You can also choose not to link a Discord account.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
